any way I can recover credits in Clay? I clicked on using the API for running the claygent, but it ended up using the clay credits and it burnt through like all of them
Unfortunately, we don't have a direct way to recover credits used for Claygent API calls. However, there are a few options to manage your credits more effectively: 1. Use your own API keys: If you're on a paid plan, you can integrate your own API keys for services like OpenAI or Anthropic. This allows you to use your own resources and save Clay credits. 2. Purchase credit top-ups: You can buy extra credits on top of your existing plan. These "credit top-ups" cost 50% more than the typical cost per credit of your current plan. 3. Refunds for invalid data: If a provider doesn't return valid data, we refund those credits back to you. For more specific assistance with your situation, you may want to request human support by clicking on "Talk to a person".

just to follow up on this - the claygent also seems to have run without the typical credit warning screen, which is odd
Hey Pablo - Do you mind sending the link (URL) to the table so we can take a look? For context, did you use our metaprompter? Curious what you think made the model change.
I did use the metaprompter
Because I always do it that way before running - always select API and then click run 10 rows
And even if it wasn't selected, from my experience I know that you get this "warning" message before you run a column that would burn through a lot of credits
so I'm confused as to why it didn't show up here
Hi Pablo. I believe the warning kicks in when the enrichment would use over 25% of your monthly credit allotment, so it's odd that it didn't display in this case. I've added 6600 credits back. Do you recall if you ever used the "Help Me" option when writing the prompt? I'm curious if somehow it defaulted/switched to a Clay key instead of the personal key you have in place now.
