What's the difference between "Find People at Company" and "Find Contacts at Company"? Why does one cost multiple credits and the other doesn't?
The key difference is the data source and enrichment level:
"Find People at Company" is free because it uses our regularly ingested people database - basically pre-collected data that we've already gathered.
"Find Contacts at Company" costs credits when you choose "save results to current table" because it pulls live data directly from profiles and includes additional enrichment. It's essentially doing real-time lookups and enriching each contact as it finds them.
However, if you select "save results in a new table" with Find Contacts, it actually redirects you to the free Find People search instead.
So the credit cost comes down to whether you're getting live, enriched data (costs credits) or using our existing database (free).
Did that answer your question?
Yep

Hey Joe,
Find Contacts at Company runs a real-time search per row. Each row triggers its own lookup, which is why it consumes multiple credits and can be controlled with run conditions.
Find People at Company runs as a table-level search. It pulls results for the whole table in one go, doesn’t run per row, and doesn’t support run conditions. Because it’s not executing individual lookups, it doesn’t cost credits the same way.
