We're here to help with your table issue. Here are some steps you can take: 1. Search for your table: • Open your workspace • Type the table name in the search bar at the top 2. If you need to make changes: • Open the table • Click the "..." next to the table name • You can rename, duplicate, delete, or edit the description 3. Try changing the view: • Click "Default View 🔽" • Select options like Fully Enriched Rows or Errored Rows If these steps don't resolve your issue, please provide more details about the specific problem you're facing. If you need further assistance, you can request to talk to a person for more help.

Hey Oleh, Sorry for the delay on this! The team is still actively investigating the issue with the enrichment columns not running. I understand how important this is, and we appreciate your patience while we work on a resolution. I’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more details. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do in the meantime!

Oleh, thanks for sharing this. When we click the table name > View Graph, we can have an easier view of the relationships between columns: https://app.clay.com/workspaces/346413/workbooks/wb_VRSjxhVvvjGM/graphs/t_RfGDeGZ2WmaJ/views/gv_V6y5M2JPX2jE For example, if we click on "Add to Reply Table", we can see that it uses inputs from the webhook inputs, the Extract Date, the Sentiment (which relies on Interest Analysis), the Extract Reply, and the First Reply (which relies on Lookup in Reply). If any of those are stale or incomplete by the time Clay reaches "Add to Reply Table", Clay won't want to run the cell, since it wants the data to be "fresh", so to speak. This seems mostly to be an intermittent/timing issue, as I see most cells were able to complete okay. Did you see this happening more widespread in other tables? Or have you had any cells that don't work when re-run?

Thank you for getting back. The matter is that account owner, Antonio, has contacted support from his side as well and got reply that there is a bug and it should be fixed shortly.

We have a bug that's similar, yes, and We already have this ticket filed against it so we can keep you updated. I'm not entirely sure that yours is related, but that's why I asked if you're seeing this elsewhere, so we can continue to share new examples that illustrate the symptoms and scale of the issue.

Oleh, just wanted to check in. Are you still seeing struggles with stale cells / cells that aren't updating consistently. We've made some improvements here and there since the time you wrote. While we haven't formally closed the issue just yet, I'm hopeful you're also seeing better results.

Oleh, I'm going to tentatively mark this closed for the moment, as we don't have any other immediate items to work through. But keep in touch if you hit other roadblocks. Our engineers will be continuing their efforts in this area, and I'm hopeful this will get better and better over time.
