I’ve identified exactly why this is happening and here’s the method This usually happens when multiple integrations (LinkedIn, email tools, CRMs) are syncing the same contact without a unique ID. let Fix it Pause all sync integrations in Clay. In your table, add a unique identifier column (e.g. LinkedIn URL or CRM Contact ID) Reconnect integrations and map them to this unique ID so Clay merges data correctly instead of creating duplicates. Run a dedupe step to clean existing mismatches. This locks each profile to the right identity and stops cross linking errors.
