Hello, we need urgent help with an issue in Clay. We were working on a table with around 5,000 rows. I applied a filter to view rows where an enrichment failed, and I deleted 471 of them (only the ones where the enrichment failed). However, just a few seconds later, all of our rows were deleted, even though the confirmation message said only 471 would be removed. We have a video recording showing this happening live while we were working on the campaign. We urgently need those rows restored, as we invested hundreds of dollars in API credits and dozens of hours of work.
To recover your deleted table: 1. Click the Trash icon in your workspace 2. Select your table from the Archive 3. Click ⟲ to recover the deleted table You can also check View Table History at the bottom right of your workspace to see previous versions. Once deleted, individual rows cannot be recovered - only entire tables can be restored from the Archive. If you need further assistance with this urgent issue, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person."
