Hello guys ! I receive an error in Clay regarding my API calls with Kaspr. I have a message saying"Clay received a 402 error from the API with Content: {"message":"No credits left","reason":"No personal email credits left"}". However I don't really need personal emails, only profesionnal emails and phones. Is there sthg to modify in my API formula to get only these two (I have enough credits for these ones) ? Hey Elliot, the error you're experiencing seems to be coming from Kaspr. I’ve tested a few things but couldn’t pinpoint the exact data point causing the issue. I recommend reaching out to Kaspr, as there might be a problem with your account. If you have credits but the API key isn't recognizing them, or it’s not applying them correctly, they should be able to help. Unfortunately, this error is outside of Clay's control, but Kaspr’s support team should be able to resolve it for you.
I understand. Is there a way with the formula in Clay to exclude the personal email request ? I still have credits for profesional emails and phones but no more personal email credits
I see that you can specify to only request professional emails in the body, and it looks like you’ve already set that up. However, it seems the personal email requests are still being triggered. Could you try reaching out to the provider and see what they say about this? Let me know their response, and I’ll assist you further from there! 😊
