Assistance Needed: Restart $2K/Month Plan After Credit Consumption

Hi guys, I purchased a $2K/mo plan. I accidentally consumed all my credits. I want to restart my plan and pay another 2K but it's not letting me. Can you please help?

    Hey Brandon, thanks for reaching out! I understand wanting to explore Clay more before changing your plan. Have you considered credit top-upsbefore your billing renews on Sept 26? Unused credits will roll over if your balance stays below 300K. If you only need extra credits for a month, you can purchase credit top-ups directly from your billing modal from your billing modal with no changes to your plan or cycle. If you expect ongoing higher usage, you can upgrade to the next tier, which will reset your cycle and give you new credits right away.
