Troubleshooting OpenAI API Issues with ChatGPT Models

Hi guys, I'm trying to use my own openai api for using chatgpt o1 & 4o to get better results when prompting. When I use them however I constant get this message (screenshot 1). I have the models allowed in the porject, $6 in balance and am tier 1 when it comes to limits. Any idea on how to solve this?
