Trouble Logging In: Unable to Login Issue and Request for Help

Guys, I’m having a weird trouble with logging in. Dead sure about my password. The message returns “Unable to login”, no other details. Please help 🥹

Click on the "forgot password" option 4. You'll receive an email with password reset instructionsIf you don't receive the reset email, this might indicate you originally signed up using a different login method (like Google or SSO) rather than a password. In that case, you'll need to request help from our support team.
