I tried email waterfall, but the output merge column isnβt showing emails which were found in the first step (which was 90% of them)
This behavior is normal in the email waterfall process. Even when an email is found in the first step, it still needs to pass through the validation process. If an email is found but fails the validation check (done by ZeroBounce by default), the waterfall will continue running to find a valid email. The final validated emails will only appear in the last column of your table. While the validation columns aren't shown by default to keep your table tidy, they are working behind the scenes. If you want to understand why certain emails aren't making it to the final column, you can unhide the validation columns to see how the validation process is working. The table is not updating, or is being very very slow. All of the enrichments ran but the merge is not updating
This issue typically occurs when enrichments run before all data is properly updated. Here are two things you can try: 1. Perform a hard refresh of your browser: β’ Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R β’ Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R 2. Re-update the data to ensure all variables are present. For future reference, you can prevent this by adding conditional run settings to only execute when all required variables are present.

Hi! First, let's check two things: 1. Show all rows in your table (I'll show you how in the screenshot) 2. Look for the validation column - it's hidden by default but contains important info Here's what's likely happening: Our waterfall validates emails as it finds them. If an email is marked invalid, the waterfall tries the next provider. But if that provider finds the same email, it won't show up in the final column since it was already validated as invalid. If you've noticed any examples where it's not working, can you point it out to me? A row number or email would be very helpful. https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1366823785/f96f52e9e55a3325476ed4ff4628/87fdf67f-7c7f-477c-950a-095e1659bc6c?expires=1738777500&signature=8eff320c88a03454160dc38b8058bc634684966ac1d3d5b80cbaf9f1f16ad8c5&req=dSMhEMF8noZXXPMW1HO4zb3O9aUlXbNb3tzwPh2myp%2FmkXMZhJDY%2Fb4O%2FEbK%0ACuEt%0A Feel free to check out this Loom video for more details.
