Filter completed rows from table of 7000 while enrichments are running: Will it interfere with remaining rows?

I have a table of 7000 rows that are currently running enrichments, I want to filter the completed rows to add to my campaign (while the other rows finish running). Will this stop the other rows that haven't completed running, or am I ok to do this?
