Hi Clay crew, In one table, I use AI to identify ICPs. Next, in another table I want to ‘Find People’ based on 3 ICP criteria (1- job titles, 2- target industry, 3 - company size). [see screenshot] Using the ‘Find People’ Clay enrichment requires to open a new window and manually enter the 3 search criteria mentioned above. This beats the purpose of automation. How do I automatically feed the search criteria in another table? I want to create table #3 with the relevant contacts. Link to my Clay workbook Please look at table #2: Customer Persona Table Many thanks! 🙏
You can automate this by using a lookup row enrichment to connect your ICP table to Find People results. Here's the workflow: 1. Create your Find People table first - Use Find People to create a base table with your target criteria (job titles, industries, company sizes) 2. Set up lookup columns - In your ICP table, add lookup columns that reference the Find People table using unique identifiers like company domain or LinkedIn URL 3. Use linked tables - Clay automatically links Find Companies and Find People tables, allowing you to extract company attributes directly into your people data This eliminates manual entry by pulling matching contacts based on your ICP criteria automatically. The lookup function takes about 2 minutes to set up and will dynamically populate your third table with relevant contacts.
Hi Igor, thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot save searches for people and companies as a template. However, the team is actively working on creating this implementation and we hope it will be present in the near future. Sorry about this, but let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Hi Igor, yes that would be correct.
Thanks for clarifying Stefano!
Happy to help!
I am all good, thanks a lot! 🙏
