G Sheet Export Issue: Random Apostrophes in Cells

My g sheet exports are randomly including an ‘ in some cells. It happens about 1% of the time. Is this a known issue?

    Sweet I manually fixed all the rows that were causing me issues but it’s happening pretty consistently so I’ll share once it reoccurs, I’m about to do another upload but prob won’t do it til tomorrow or Monday
