Issue with Referral Bonus Credits for Clients on Clay Accounts

Hi guys, I've referred Clay to a few clients/friends and they've set up paid accounts but their 3000 bonus credits haven't been added. I'm using my referral link for this so not sure what's causing it. Also not fussed about our own credits but who's best to speak to about topping up their accounts?

    To resolve the missing referral credits issue, let's first verify a few things: 1. Confirm that your friends signed up using your unique referral link 2. Verify that they have activated a paying workspace (this is required for the referral bonus)If both conditions are met, there might be a brief delay in credit processing. Similar to regular credit updates, it can take 1-2 hours for referral credits to appear in the accounts.You can check the status of your referrals by: 1. Clicking your profile picture in the top-right corner 2. Selecting "Settings" 3. Navigating to the "Referrals" sectionIf the credits still haven't appeared after the processing time, please ask for human support in this conversation so they can investigate the specific accounts.
