Running Realtime Table to Instantly Send Leads for Auto-Pilot Campaigns

Hey guys, is anyone running campaigns fully on Auto-pilot? Building a table that updates realtime and then sends leads to a campaign in Instantly/Smartlead? I've been told this isn't possible from within Clay but want to see if there's a work around.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch! Maybe a webook that triggers csv uploads in an already existing table with the enrichment columns set up and connected with smartlead
