Hey Cheryl - it seems like the issue here is that your starting point is jobs and not people. You’re getting LinkedIn jobs (i.e. positions companies are hiring for), and therefore there wouldn’t be any real person associated with that job yet. Instead, start a table with find people on Clay.

Oh - is there not a way of finding the people that are relevant for the jobs/companies who are hiring?

By “relevant for the jobs”, do you mean hiring managers specifically or just in general, people of a certain title working at those companies?

So what I do is this...

If the latter, then you would do a 2 step process of…

    1. 1.

Find relevant jobs and which companies are hiring for those jobs

    2. 2.

Find people at those companies using Find Contacts on LinkedIn (and you can feed in various parameters to narrow your search)

I use my clay table which has relevant companies of my industry sector which is a way I can exclude recruiters, I then bring that table in to 'linkedin jobs' and then need to find the hiring managers for those jobs from those companies...

I see. You can find the recruiter that posted the job, but not necessarily the hiring manager as that info is not public. But you could try to guess who the hiring manager is based on the steps I outlined above. Job > Company > People with a certain title that could be hiring for the Job

Yeah, in your table you can use the company LI url (I have pulled this into a separate column) to find the relevant titles at those companies. It is at the top right of your screen. You can add the job title keywords and any other relevant field. These will be added to a table for you to run an email enrichment.
