New Version Returns Matches: Can't Spot Difference with Original Version

Why does the New one return matches but the OG one does not .. I cant see the difference

And, how come in Grapth View, this Lookup appears to have no Precedent Connections

The field in the OG one, "Row Value" is not referencing a column but it's just plain text...
