Hey, Using the Pubrio (APAC) - Find People at Company enrichment, as soon as I add any seniority filter it then claims there are no people available, however when I run without an seniority applied, there are people appearing that fit the filters of those titles + seniority. Any idea why the seniority is not working properly?
This is likely a data freshness issue with the Pubrio provider. The "Find People at Company" feature relies on third-party data that's refreshed on a rolling basis every 2-3 weeks.
When you filter by management level, you're narrowing the search to a smaller dataset that may not have the most current seniority information, even though the people exist with those titles.
Try running without the seniority filter first, then use our table filtering options to manually filter by seniority keywords in the results you get back.
Is that what you were looking for?
But if I run without seniority, the data is filled with non relevant people within the first 25 which are the only ones I can see / extract, hence why I need the seniority filter to work first time otherwise its a waste
The Pubrio enrichment is limited to 25 results per request, which creates this exact problem. Since the data refreshes every 2-3 weeks, seniority filters may not capture all relevant people even when they exist.
Try using our built-in AI tool Sculptor (top-right corner) to set up a workflow that pulls more results without seniority, then uses table filters or AI to classify seniority after the fact. This way you can process larger datasets and filter for the right people post-enrichment.
Let me know if Sculptor helps with this workflow setup!
Did that answer your question?
That doesn’t answer it, I would prefer to use Pubiro as the quality for credit ratio would be very good should the seniority work. Why does the data set change or time frame change when I apply seniority? Surely it should be looking at the same dataset
I understand your frustration with the seniority filter issue. I’m routing you to our human team now so they can assist you further.

Hi Harry, thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay here. I'm going to report this up to the team to see what's going on here. I can reproduce the same issue on my side. I'm checking if Seniority does not equal Management level for some reason, though I agree with you that it would make sense that it would. I'll let you know when I hear back!
Thank you very much!
Hi Harry, we have confirmed this is a bug and we are working with the data provider here to investigate this! I have reproduced it on my end, so if you are able to workaround this at all using the suggestions provided earlier please feel free to do so. Otherwise, we will get back to you when we have an update!
Thanks for the update, will look into a workaround in the meantime
Thank you for your patience. Please let us know how your workaround goes and we will update to you as soon as there's any updates on this integration.
Hey Harry - Good news! Happy to report that we heard back from the team and this issue should be fixed.
Try a quick refresh (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) and let us know if the problem has been resolved on your end, or if you still have trouble.
Thank you for your patience as we worked on it.
