Troubleshooting Could Not Add Lead Errors in CRM

I am getting this "Could not add lead" alot these days. Previously, I checked someone informed that probably it was in the blacklist but it's not. Any help or suggestions to avoid this?

    Lead may be added to another campaign, by default Smartlead opts to not duplicate leads across campaigns

    I checked that too, but that's not the case

    How did you verify that? Did you look up in the global lead list? Also, did you try re-running? I've noticed the Smartlead api to be inconsistent at times.

    It’s a fresh batch for this client, running a single campaign. Checked blocklist, I will try re running now.
