Hi there! I'm trying to overcome the following challenge, any help would be much appreciated:
We are trying to enrich mobile numbers on contacts pulled from Hubspot.
We want to only enrich when the new number (enriched number) does not equal the one we already have.
Is this possible? I tried this formula but it did not work.
You can use conditional formulas to control when the mobile number enrichment runs. Here's how to set it up: 1. First, set up the Clay Enrichments "Find Mobile Number" action in your workflow. 2. In the conditional run settings, you can create a formula that compares the existing Hubspot mobile number with the potential new enriched number. The enrichment will only run when this condition is true. This approach helps you save time and money by only running enrichment when necessary, ensuring you're not duplicating existing data. Can you help me with the syntax of this formula?
You can use our AI-powered formula generator to create the conditional formula. Here's how: 1. In your enrichment panel, scroll down to "Run Settings" 2. Click the "Use AI" button 3. In the prompt box, type something like "Only run if the mobile number is different from the Hubspot mobile number" (use "/" to reference specific columns) 4. Click "Generate Formula" and we'll automatically create the appropriate syntax for you. This approach helps you save credits by only enriching mobile numbers when necessary, making your workflow more efficient.
