Troubleshooting Formula Issues: AI Enrichment and Calculation

any idea why this formula isn't carrying through? I see that the AI enrichment column is greyed out for some reason. not sure why. but still, the output from the ai enrichment is already posted and visible adn the formula column is just running a calc on that posted output so i don't see why it shouldnt run. similarly, i have a check in the last column that won't run until this column runs, however, the formula says, report 1 if cell is empty. instead, it's not running... any thoughts?
