Troubleshooting Slow GPT Columns and Cut-off Outputs
Hi support. Our gpt columns have been running slowly lately and outputs are getting cut off. I would appreciate help looking into this. Thanks!

If you're experiencing slow runs with this lately, it's possible you're close to hitting a limit on the number of requests you can make per day/minute. You can find these limits in your OpenAI account and check if an upgrade may be necessary. • Usage • Limits • Usage Tiers You can also use the Clay GPT key if you choose not to upgrade your key but still want faster runs!

Longer prompts take more time to process, which can sometimes lead to timeouts if the response takes too long. 1. Please reduce the prompt and let me know if you see less timeout 2. If you don't leave the timeout in the table and I'll check with our engineers. We've added this error for situations like this so we would need to make sure that fits the criteria otherwise, yes timeout can happen.
