Billing Question: December Credits not Renewed, Need Assistance

Hi, I have a billing question - it seems the card on file was not charged for the month of December as my credits did not renew - can someone help out?

    credits have been reset as well!

    It looks like the charge failed twice though

    Which is why you previously didnโ€™t see credits. We attempted to charge the card on Dec 21st and Dec 28th
