Billing Question: December Credits not Renewed, Need Assistance

Hi, I have a billing question - it seems the card on file was not charged for the month of December as my credits did not renew - can someone help out?

It looks like the charge failed twice though

Which is why you previously didn’t see credits. We attempted to charge the card on Dec 21st and Dec 28th
