Hey Clay ! Been trying to figure something out. I have a list of 100+ huge brands in France with multiple shops (hear Google Maps locations). So I want to retrieve all their existing locations and their associated star reviews. I noticed I could find the star review for one location but I wasn't sure how I could retrieve it for multiple locations AND for multiple companies. Goal is to be able to see an average of all their ratings across multiple locations. Thank you !
Here's how you can retrieve and analyze star reviews for multiple French brand locations: 1. Use our Google Maps integration to find the business locations: • Input the company names and French locations • The integration will pull data for multiple business locations 2. For each location, you'll receive: • Rating (star review) • Number of reviews • Business details including address • Google Maps Place ID 3. Tips for analyzing the data: • Filter by ratings to focus on specific performance thresholds • Be patient as the data loads - what starts as a few dozen listings may grow to hundreds • You can then calculate average ratings across all locations for each brandThe integration will provide comprehensive review data through Google's My Business API, allowing you to analyze ratings across all locations for your target brands. This is where I'm going wrong, it seems like the Google Maps integration will only answer with one location
Here's how to retrieve and analyze star reviews for multiple locations: 1. Use the "Find Business Reviews Information with Google" integration: • Input company names • Add company websites • Include company addresses • Add any relevant keywords 2. For each business location, you'll receive: • Rating (numerical value) • Number of reviews • Place ID • Address details 3. To get detailed review data for each location: • Use the "Find Business Reviews Text and Keywords" integration • Input the Place ID obtained from the previous step • This will give you the full review content for each locationFor the most comprehensive results, use the "Find Local Businesses using Google Maps" integration with the "Use Preferred Google API" option enabled, as this can return more than 200 results and provides more accurate data. You can then calculate the average ratings across all locations by using the numerical rating values provided for each location. Not sure how I can mix "Find local Businesses" with the list of business I have in another table
Here's how to combine your existing business table with location data and reviews: 1. First, use the "Find Business Reviews Information with Google" integration with your existing business table: • Input the company names you already have • Add their websites if available • Include addresses if you have them 2. From this first step, you'll receive Place IDs for each business location. Then use the "Find Business Reviews Text and Keywords" integration: • Input the Place IDs you received • This will give you detailed review data for each location 3. For more comprehensive results, run the "Find Local Businesses using Google Maps" integration: • Enable the "Use Preferred Google API" option • This can return over 200 results • The data will be more accurateYou can then combine and analyze the data from both approaches to get a complete picture of ratings across all locations.
