Questions in regards to bounces: (ESP is Microsoft in this case) => How would you mitigate or avoid this error? Thanks in advance Error: 550 5.7.193 UnifiedGroupAgent; Delivery failed because the sender isn’t a group member or external senders aren’t permitted to send to this group.
If you're experiencing email delivery errors related to permissions, there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue:1. Check your API key permissions to ensure it has the proper authorization for the email enrich endpoint 2. Verify that your API key is active and correctly entered 3. Confirm that your API key has the necessary permissions to access the specific resourceIf you've verified these steps and are still experiencing issues, you may need to review your endpoint restrictions, as your API key might not be configured for the specific endpoint or action you're trying to use. Hi there. This questions seems more about email deliverability, rather than something specific to Clay. It looks like the intended recipient's firm doesn't allow outsiders to contact them. I don't know of any ways that this could be detected in advance, but I suspect those restrictions on the recipient side are more likely to be applied to group/distribution addresses (legalAnnie C. salesAnnie C. board@).
Probably one of the edge case scenarios
Oh, interesting! I'd be very curious to know the business case for that. Maybe a catch-all address for typos or the like? Or maybe the rule is triggered based on sender characteristics, like if the message appears to be from a bulk-mailing ESP). I suppose it remain a mystery for now. Keep in touch as other questions come up!
