How to Automate Outreach Based on Company Triggers in 2023

Hi, I'm trying to follow the instructions in the 'Automating Outreach to companies based on 7 triggers' video (1:26 in) and there isn't the 'enrich people' enrichment where you can specify titles and when they joined the company as a filter. How is this done now?
