How to Extract Company and Contact Data from Sales Navigator URL
Hi Team, Could you please let me know the process to pull company and contact data from Sales nav search URL.
Here's how to pull data from a Sales Navigator search URL: 1. First, perform your search in Sales Navigator using your desired filters (don't save it as a list or search). 2. Copy the URL from your Sales Navigator search page. 3. In Clay: • Create a "Find People" table • Click on "External List" in the Method category • Paste your Sales Navigator search URL in the URL box • Click the blue "Import" button to start the import process The import process can take anywhere from a few minutes to over 30 minutes. You can import up to 2,500 results per Sales Navigator source, and each imported result costs 1 Clay credit.

Since Sales Navigator has a limit of 2,500 leads per search, you'll need to split your 12,000 contacts into smaller segments. Here's how to do it: 1. Break down your original Sales Navigator search into smaller segments using filters like: • Headcount numbers • Seniority levels • Location 2. Create separate Sales Navigator search URLs for each segment, keeping each under 2,500 results 3. Add these separate Sales Navigator URLs to your Clay table one at a time Each imported result will cost 1 Clay credit. Remember that this 2,500 limit is set by Sales Navigator itself, so it applies to all data partners.
