Refining ICP Seniority for Targeted Email Eligibility Process

Hey Team! I have a column "Seniority of ICP" which has all the ICPs we would like to pursue. However, because it's broad e.g. "Director", it will also pick up "sales" which we don't want. The "Email Eligibility" column will check the first point then the next is ICP before moving to the next step. I would still like to keep the company in process if these titles do exist but not target the titles that came in.
