Troubleshooting Heyreach Campaign Custom Variables Setup

Hi, I have got some campaigns linked with Heyreach. Using custom variables but all I see in my connections is the fallback message. Is there any way to check if I set up everything correctly? Thanks

    Hi Chris, thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, you're pushing a connection request custom variable, linking it to your Heyreach campaigns, but the message doesn't seem to sequence correctly or get stored in the campaign. Could you share an example of a contact for which the message was successfully pushed from Clay, and explain how the attribute was linked in the Heyreach campaign? This will help us troubleshoot more effectively.
