Targeting People from Manufacturing Companies: Advice Needed

Hello! I'm created a column called "manufacturing identification" to verify that the company I'm targeting is in fact a manufacturer. The next phase is identifying people within those companies, and I can't figure out how to only target people that are from manufacturing companies. Please advise. Thanks!
