Has anyone here integrated clay, apollo, hubspot, and smartlead? Wondering what the best practices are for making sure that all contact data stays up to date in Hubspot and no duplicate records are created if the email clay finds doesn't match what we have in Hubspot. Any help on the best workflow/integration tips would be awesome!

Hey Spencer, thanks for reaching out! Here's an example of how to setup a lookup for DNC - https://www.loom.com/share/80d613c10d5248f6bfc662cc95c8023d Based on matches, you can set up conditional formulas so existing records don't get enriched or contacted.

Most of these tools offer their integration of lookups that you can use in a similar way shown in that video, and from there you can decide how to build your workflow. Let me know if you have additional questions!

the concern i have is, let's say i take a list of contacts i found in apollo, bring them into clay and enrich the email to something that's different than what's in hubspot. if i then take these new emails and email through smartlead and update/add contacts to hubspot, it's going to add a bunch of duplicate records. trying to figure out the most efficient workflow to avoid that ops issue

Makes sense! In that case, you can also lookup and use a conditional formula to evaluate if the email you pulled/have from Hubspot is the same, otherwise, you continue updating the contact. I'd say the workflow is doable it just takes a bit of adding evaluations in between so that it meets the conditions you may have in mind
