How can I add the current date when a row gets refreshed? I have a table with scoring data and I want to pass the date of that refresh to the CRM and also put it in a scoring summary in a Clay field
Here's how you can track refresh dates and include them in scoring:1. Use the "Format Date/Time" formatter to capture the current date when a row is refreshed. 2. You can include this date as part of your scoring criteria using the "Score Row in Clay" feature, which allows you to incorporate multiple scoring criteria (up to 15) into your evaluation. 3. For CRM integration, you can implement a "Last Enrichment Date" field in your CRM. This is a recommended best practice that helps track when records were last updated. 4. When the data is refreshed, Clay will automatically update this Last Enrichment Date in your CRM, creating a closed-loop system that maintains data freshness tracking. This approach ensures you have visibility into refresh dates both in Clay and your CRM, while also incorporating this information into your scoring logic.
