Limitations on Importing HubSpot Contacts into Clay Explained

My client has 22k contacts in HubSpot and when I try to import them all without specifying lists or clicking on the "Include Read Only Properties" button, I am only getting 10k. Is there a limit on the number of HubSpot contacts you can import into Clay?
