Strange issue: XYZ has created a Clay account for ABC Company. Payment information is of ABC, email account is of XYZ. ABC has partial access to the account, how Can ABC get full access to this account?
To gain full access to the Clay account, ABC Company should follow these steps: 1. The current account holder (XYZ) should update the email associated with the account to an email owned by ABC Company. 2. Once the email is updated, ABC Company can use the "forgot password" feature to set a new password and gain full access. 3. If there are any issues with changing the email or resetting the password, ABC Company may need to request human assistance for further support. Remember, account security is crucial. Only authorized individuals should have access to the account, and it's important to maintain accurate account information. If you need additional help with this process, please request to talk to a human agent in this conversation.

Hey Bharat, Could you share a bit more about what you’re trying to achieve? For example, is ABC meant to fully own the account, or is XYZ managing it on their behalf? Also, do you know who currently has admin access? Can you give us the right account so we can check and what were you trying to do? That’ll help us point you in the right direction.
