Content generation and Claygent require specific OpenAI API rate limits to function properly. You need 30,000 TPM for content generation columns and 450,000 TPM for Claygent/web research.
Check your OpenAI API usage tier at https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits to verify your plan meets these requirements. Free plans or tier 1 won't support these features.
If you need further help troubleshooting, just ask to speak to a human.
