Challenges in Finding Marketing Decision Makers in Spain

I have 6948 companies in which Im finding decision makers in marketing (Spanish based) The thing is that if I want to use Seniority Filters: “C-Suite” and “VP” for example, they are not working correctly, I suppose because the leads are from Spain. The first photo you can see that if I only type “Marketing” there are 4281 people. The second photo you can see that if I use Seniority filters only gives 60 results (thats not a real number for sure) What do you guys recommend in this case for contacting Marketing decision makers in Spain?
