Hey there, I have about 45k credits left and I am only able to extract only 100 companies due to limitation. Could you guys please enable me to extract and utilize all my remaining credits since today is the last day for my subscription.
Unfortunately, I can't directly change your extraction limits, but I can help you use your remaining credits before your subscription ends. You have two options: 1. Purchase a credit top-up to continue your work: • Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Purchase Credits • Select the amount needed and click Continue • Note that top-ups cost 50% more than your plan's typical cost per credit 2. Upgrade your plan: • Go to Workspace Settings > Plans and Billing > Change Plan • Select a higher tier plan • Click Upgrade Plan This will reset your billing cycle and instantly provide the new credit allotment with potentially higher extraction limits. If you need further assistance, please request to talk to a person.
Can you please have your team member assist me with this, I've paid a lot of dollars for this and I would like to make use of all my credits today.
I want to talk to a actual person from your team.
Hi Aviral, thank you for reaching out. Happy to increase the limit of companies you can extract to 5000. This should allow you to have larger tables where you will be able to use your credits.
Hi, just increased your limit to 5000 rows, let me know if you bum into any more issues.
Sure thanks Stefano
Happy to help.
I want this limit to be increased
Hi Aviral, your limit has been increased , you should be able to add more companies now.
Hey Stefano, Cause of the delay in the response my credits have been removed. I would request you to give me back the access to the credits that have been removed from my account. So that I can extract and make use of it. This is the third time that's happening with me.
I might also reactivate my plan for the future there are 3 data sets that I would like to extract
Had picked 15 pest & solar companies where ai am looking at 3 decision maker for these companies each this means 45 contacts for 15 companies. (We are also scaling our outbound efforts and would like to get a system where in my sales team gets me the prospects that they are interested to reach out to and I give them the data).
I already have 2000 leads from the pest industry but I would like to scrap out 3000 more pest companies but the only hunch here is these companies decision makers do not have LinkedIn, is there a way to find contacts that are not on LinkedIn per say.
I am looking to scrape out all the companies that cater to home service industry so that I can make some partnership deals with them, what's the best way to approach this problem?\
Hey, the credits were removed because they expire after the grace period — Also, when an account is refunded, credits are also removed, so they won’t stay active indefinitely. If you decide to upgrade again, we’d be happy to restore some credits to help you move forward with your use cases. For your three projects: 1. For the 15 pest & solar companies, use the “Find People at These Companies” action to target decision-makers. You can enrich them with title filters like CEO, Director, or Head of Operations. 2. If decision-makers aren’t on LinkedIn, try using claygent like this or find email associated with domain from Prospeo or Snov. It won’t rely on LinkedIn and can surface contacts based on domain and role. 3. For scraping home service companies, use Google Search sources or import from directories. Then enrich them with industry filters and add a Claygent prompt to qualify them for partnerships. Let me know if you want help setting any of this up.
Hi Bo (., it was a long weekend and it was my birthday so I couldn't get back to this message earlier. We have already purchased and upgraded plan multiple times please let us use this expired credits one last time for these 3 use cases that we have discussed in this chat. And if we are able to scrape out this data we will not got to any other data provider and we will re-subscribe back to Clay again.
Hi just following up once again on this!
Hello?
Hey there Aviral, sorry for the delay here jumping in for Bo, unfortunately we are unable to return the credits at this time. Understand it's not the answer you wanted to hear, but this is in line with our credit guidelines.

I want someone from the support team to help me out or just team me how to do that over a quick call. So that I can enable clay for all of my clients businesses. Rio S. Clay S.
