We're halfway through our billing cycle (Explorer) if I upgrade to Pro will we get instant access to it?
Yes, when you upgrade from Explorer to Pro, you'll get instant access to Pro features. The system bills the total amount for the new plan, resets your billing cycle, and provides you with the corresponding number of credits for the Pro plan. The Pro plan includes all Explorer features, plus: ** Access to CRM integrations (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) ** Up to 50,000 results per people/company search Keep in mind that our team is working on incorporating prorated plans and credits for upgrades. We'll announce when this option becomes available.

Do we automatically receive a credit on the pro-rata portion of the monthly subscription?
Currently, we don't offer automatic pro-rata credits when upgrading from Explorer to Pro. When you upgrade, the system bills the total amount for the new plan and resets your billing cycle. The new credit allotment is added on top of your current credit balance, giving you a new month to use them. Our team is working on incorporating prorated plans and credits for upgrades in the future. We'll announce when this option becomes available.

Ok but what about the portion of the monthly subscription that was already paid for the explorer plan?
When you upgrade from Explorer to Pro midway through your billing cycle, the system doesn't provide an automatic pro-rata credit for the unused portion of your Explorer plan. Instead, when you upgrade: 1. Your billing cycle resets immediately. 2. You're billed the full amount for the new Pro plan. 3. You receive the full credit allotment for the Pro plan, which is added to your existing credit balance. While there's no automatic refund for the unused Explorer plan portion, you get immediate access to Pro features and credits. Our team is working on incorporating prorated plans and credits for upgrades in the future. If you need more credits without changing plans, you can purchase credit top-ups at a 50% premium over your plan's typical per-credit cost.
