Hi there, In Lesson 3 Medium, I was able to get the results back but I'm not quite sure how to parse the info. The table is here. I tried to use a Claygent and gave it specific instructions to parse the data but that didn't work, maybe it's how i wrote the prompt. Also, sometimes when I prompt I get just the answer and other times I get an explanation leading to the answer. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
๐ค You've caught us outside of our support hours (9am-9pm EST), but don't worry - we'll be back in touch within 24 hours (often sooner!). If you haven't already, please include the URL of your table in the thread below so that we can help you as quickly as possible!
Hi Jonathan, thanks for reaching out. Can you send me a link to the table you're working on, simply sending the one you have in the browser will work. The outputs of Claygent prompts are generally contingent on the prompts you input - you'll want to specify what you want your output to look like and the exact format you want your output to be expressed as to achieve the best results. I hope this was helpful. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!
Hi Bruno, Thanks very much for taking a look. The table was linked above but you prob have a bunch to go through. https://app.clay.com/workspaces/134381/tables/t_RZC4g2yd8Pn7/views/gv_AvPEbUtnrmrw
Hi Jonathan, thanks for providing this. I see that the column you executed in this table ran correctly, can you let me know what's causing the issue here? With Claygent, you should fine tune your prompt to achieve the best standardized results here - here's a guide explaining the principles behind a good AI prompt: https://www.clay.com/university/lesson/overview-ai-research-writing I hope this was helpful. If there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!
Thanks Bruno. I was on the call with Yash who pointed out how to use Claygent to separate info into columns.
Hey Jonathan, thanks for the insight! We're glad that helped and that Yash was able to jump in there- do let us know if you run into other issues of course!
We haven't heard back from you in a bit, so we're going to go ahead and close things out here - feel free to let us know if you still need something!
