Hi, how are you? It’s been really difficult these days to manage a large database of 18-20k leads in Clay. The platform has been performing especially poorly, and I’m using a MacBook Pro with 16GB of RAM — not the best, but definitely not the worst either... Here’s a video showing a bug that’s driving me crazy when I try to delete a formula in a column. Instead of changing the UI for things that, for those of us who use the platform daily, don’t really make any difference, it’d be great if you could allocate more resources toward making the platform run smoothly and quickly... https://www.loom.com/share/4b27cac824c44c7093934481e6c2c37f#Edit
When managing large databases (18-20k leads), performance issues are common due to the size and complexity of your data. For your specific bug with formula deletion, try performing a hard refresh: ** Mac: Command (⌘) + Shift + R (Chrome/Firefox) or Option (⌥) + Command (⌘) + E (Safari) This often resolves persistent errors and loading issues. Performance is typically affected when: ** Multiple tables are linked in a workbook ** Multiple actions are running simultaneously ** Browser interpretation varies across versions Consider breaking your database into smaller, more manageable tables to improve speed and stability.
Hey there Nicolas, sorry for the delay here, Thank you for reaching out about this issue and for trying the troubleshooting steps. We’re aware that some users have been reporting slowness and our engineering team is looking into it! And our status page will automatically update if a global issue is identified across many accounts. In the meantime, we are still working to narrow down the exact behaviors to replicate the slowness and identify specific actions in the product that are causing this issue. Your video here definitely helps us with this. If you log into your account and chat with our Support Team, we can have our engineers look into your specific account slowness and try to help you get to the source of the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and this is a top priority that we hope to get resolved soon!
