Looking at Starter vs Explorer plan. What is a webhook? If I want to be able to do a Google search or connect to OpenAI, which plan would be best?

Hey Dorothy, thanks for reaching out! To connect your own accounts like your own API key from services like openAI, email finders, or other tools, the Starter Plan allows you to use them already.The difference here with the Explorer plan, it enables you to scale that up a bit further with Webhooks and another version of API to connect with tools we don't currently integrate with but you still want to use in Clay, for example, if you have a ZoomInfo subscription and want to use their API in Clay.
A webhook is another way to transfer data between platforms in an automated way. It could be used to automatically import new data you receive in your CRM or spreadsheet into your Clay table to run the enrichment flow you set up and then export it back into your database of choice.
