Exporting Contacts to HubSpot without Valid Email: Using Full Name and Phone Number

Is there a way to export contacts to HubSpot that don't have a valid email address? I have the phone number which is the most crucial part, but was wondering if I'm able to update a HubSpot account with only full name and phone number.
