Help Needed: Locked Out of Clay Account After Email Domain Change

Hey Clay team - we changed email domains and are locked out of our Clay account. Haven't gotten a response from the support email address. Any advice?

If you used a password to log in, try the "forgot password" option on the login page. You'll receive an email with password reset steps. 2. If you don't receive the reset email, you likely used a different login method, such as Google Authentication. Try logging in with Google instead. 3.     we changed it to clarify.ai

    austin@getclarify.ai was the primary account holder

    Ah okay got it! The plan here is I'll change all email domains that contain "@getclarify.ai" to "@clarify.ai" This should solve the problem! Does this plan sound good to you?

    Got it. Would back out of that loop by closing the tab, hard refresh your browser and clear cookies/cache. Then open clay.com back up, try logging in again and login with Google.
