Does anyone know what sort of error is this? Unknown error. Please reach out to Clay support (Error code 1: ID at_S9uwR2Q8ME8r Status ERROR)
We don't have specific information about the error code you're encountering. However, when users face API-related errors, it's often due to integration issues or depleted resources. Here are some general steps you can try: 1. Refresh your browser (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R) to ensure you're seeing the most up-to-date information. 2. Check if your API key is correct and up-to-date. You may need to verify or update the API key in your Clay settings. 3. If the issue persists, it could be related to account limits or permissions. Consider checking your account status or usage limits with the relevant service provider. Can you provide more context about what you were doing when you encountered this error? This will help us better understand and address the issue. If you need further assistance, you can request human support by clicking on "Talk to a person".
Hey Jon, thanks for reaching out! This error helps us identify where the issue occurred within the logs. Could you share the table's URL so we can take a closer look?
Sure - I was just doing an easy People Find
once I refreshed, CMD + R I re tried and it worked although the number of results is not really what I expected. Do you know where these are getting pulled?
Ah, gotcha! What specifically about the results was unexpected? The "Find People" searches pull data from our providers, who source their information in various ways. Iβd recommend adjusting the search criteria and previewing the results to see how it impacts the total number of people found.
Just really few
Got it - Did you notice anything in particular why they might be missing? Sometimes it can be because they are smaller companies, people without much presence on LinkedIn, or simply that the search isn't properly made.
You can also do this with Claygent, which is an AI agent that would allow you to browse the web and find more data from more sources in real-time which would often help too. See here how: https://cln.sh/pHgLKqxZ
