The "find active job openings" enrichment on a Clay table costs credits per enriched cell, not per job found. We charge credits for data enrichment actions, which includes finding job openings. This means you'll be charged 1 credit per row where the enrichment is applied, regardless of whether a job is found or not. If you need more details on credit usage, you can right-click on a column and select "Run Info" to see a summary of credits spent on that specific column.

Yes, you can optimize your credit usage for the "find active job openings" enrichment by using conditional runs. Here's how: 1. Go to the Run Settings of the enrichment column. 2. In the "Only run if" box, add a conditional formula. For example, you could set a condition that only runs the enrichment if a job is found. This way, you'll only be charged for rows where jobs are actually discovered. Additionally, using filtered views can help manage credit usage by ensuring only the rows you're viewing are enriched. If you need more specific guidance on setting up these conditions, you may want to request human assistance for personalized support.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to set up a conditional formula that only runs the "find active job openings" enrichment when a job is found. The conditional formula is evaluated before the enrichment runs, so we can't base it on the result of the enrichment itself. Instead, you could use conditional formulas based on other data you have about the company or person. For example, you might only run the enrichment if the company size is above a certain threshold, or if the person has a specific job title. To set up a conditional formula: 1. Go to the Run Settings of the enrichment column 2. In the "Only run if" box, enter your condition 3. You can use the AI assistant to help generate the formula If you need more specific guidance on setting up these conditions for your use case, please request human assistance by clicking on "Talk to a person".

Hi David, thank you for reaching out. You will only be charged if a job is found on the table. Clay does not charge if no information is retrieved from our enrichments. We only charge our clients if information is extracted from a third database. Let me know if this explains things.
