How to Identify Health Insurance Providers from CSV Data Enrichment

I have a csv of people's names + Linkedin URLs, and I enriched the "Current Company" in a separate column. I want to find out, from that Current Company list, which companies are health insurance providers. How can I do that via an enrichment? Pls help!!!

Thanks Daniel Kupka (Clay) 😄 However, the "Email Domain" formula is not working for all profiles properly, as a) the domain we extract from the work email is not always the "Current company" of the profile, they might have changed jobs etc (some are old profiles) and b) not all profiles have work emails. So instead of using the "Email domain" formula, I'll need to enrich the LI profiles with company name + URL, and then enrich with AI as shown in your video, right?
