Request for Credit Recovery Due to Auto-Run Misunderstanding

My account burned ~10K credits on a spreadsheet that we didn’t realize was set up to auto-run every time new leads were added. This was for a Crunchbase integration which honestly didn't provide data for the vast majority of queries. This was an educational mistake, since we didn't understand that auto-run feature. Is there anything we can do to get some of those credits back?
