Applied a filter to my table and it doesn't work - "Employee count greater then 50", and it's showing no results, but there are plenty of rows with employee count greater then 50. The column is a # column too. And I tried a different filter for showing results when the checkbox is marked TRUE. Also, not working, something seems to be broken with filters today https://app.clay.com/workspaces/310596/tables/t_ERNStg5dr89T/views/gv_UZPxt9VpEtoC
When filtering number columns in Clay, make sure to follow these steps:1. Click "Filter" above the table 2. Select your employee count column 3. Choose "greater than" as the operator 4. Enter the number 50 (without any commas, spaces, or other characters)If you're still not seeing results, check that the employee count values in your column are actually stored as numbers rather than text. Numbers stored as text won't work with numerical comparisons. Source: Hide, Re-order, Sort, Filter, Merge Columns
Thanks - there's 100s of rows where this would still be true and it has a final validated email
Looks like you're still looking for help. We're escalating this over to our support team and someone should be in touch soon. In the meantime, feel free to include any other information that may be helpful in solving your issue!
Just tried it anyways - still returns no rows
Hi Alexander, thanks for reaching out. Can you confirm that this is the filter you're applying here? https://downloads.intercomcdn.com/i/o/w28k1kwz/1266440239/ca43cff1ab39b56854286a6ed6c0/CleanShot+2024-11-26+at+10_18_12%402x.png?expires=1732635900&signature=88dc2afba53d1101593c5290bf15e2ceada3141680306efd395696d193f7ddc8&req=dSIhEM16nYNcUPMW1HO4zdf58n8yk%2BKP9Ra7E6AXEgT4jwDtRmaFTS7e1Lwc%0A1Xih%0A I created a view titled "clay support view" where I was able to filter by instances where the employee count was greater than 50, and the filter seems to be working on my end! Can you test the view here and see if the same is reflected on your end?
thanks for the quick reply
Yes, your custom view works
but when I re create the same filter it doesn't
Can you specify what group of filters you're using here so I can attempt to reproduce the issue on my end?
yeah I sent a screenshot just now do you see it?
FINAL - Validated email is not empty And Ad Visits Check - is checked
Starting from row 1250
Hi Alexander, thanks for providing additional context! Could you clarify the purpose of the filter? Are you trying to filter companies with a headcount above 50, exclude companies where the final validated email is empty, or exclude companies where the ad visits check is not selected? Iโm not entirely sure what logic you're aiming to implement here. Both filters seem to be working individually, does the issue come up when you merge them?
This one is separate from headcount - headcount filter was already solved when you made the other view for me
Just all companies (after row 1250) with Ad Visit check selected
That's the view I need
And it's working for you but not on my end
still
I tried it individually too, still nope
Hey! ๐ Just to clear things up - if you're trying to apply the Ad Visit filter after row 1250, that's not quite how our filters work. The filter will always apply to the whole dataset, not just rows after a certain point. Could you tell me what you're trying to achieve here? I bet there's a better way to get the results you're looking for! ๐
I see!
What I'm trying to do is export the people who have Ad Visit check selected. I was only saying to export after row 1250, becuase I only ran the enrichment for rows after 1250 (I have already exported the first 1250 leads and used for a different campaign so I don't want to enrich them anymore) Although, I suppose it doesn't matter if the filter looks at every row, because there would only be a check-box marked true, if the enrichment ran
So it should be all good
But still having the problem where I'm getting 0 rows to show, when I apply the filter "Ad Visit - Is Checked"
Nothing returns, meanwhile there's 400 or so rows where that is true.
It looks like we've got a bug on our hands - I've escalated this over to our engineering team and we'll let you know as soon as we know more!
okay thank you
I solved it anyway by just doing the filtering in google sheets but yes let me know in case it happens with other filters
Will do Alexander. Great thinking fixing this, will let you know as soon as I know more.
