Troubleshooting Anthropic Key Error While Using Clay Credits

When I’m trying to use my Anthropic key (which is validated and tested when setting it) I’m getting Error. But when running the same exact enrichment with Clay credits, it’s running with no issues. Any idea why?

There could be a few reasons for this issue. First, make sure you've correctly added your Anthropic API key in Clay. To do this, click on "Manage Accounts" next to the account field when setting up the AI enrichment. If the key is correctly added, the error might be due to insufficient permissions or restrictions on your Anthropic API key. It's worth checking if your key has the necessary access for the specific AI model you're trying to use. Using Clay credits works because it uses our managed API key, which has full access. If you continue to have issues with your own key, you can always use the Clay-managed key option, which will use your Clay credits instead. If you need further assistance, please request to talk to a person for more detailed troubleshooting.
