Hi, I keep incurring this issue with waterfall email enrichment. Since the last provider already returns emails as valid, the next step (validation) doesn't occur and ultimately, the mails don't end up in the "work email" column. We need to manually copy and past a bunch of emails to bypass the issue. How can we prevent that while still having email validation at each step?
But we get also charged two or three times per email as they are found to be valid , skip zerobounce, are found again identical by another provider, and so on and so forth. I checked. Here's an example: we were charged four credits, email found twice, never verified, not in the work email column. Verification always get skipped as they already have a green check
Tried at least ten times enriching the first ten rows with emails and I got as far as finally having some in the "work email column". Ok. I understood. So, for example in lines 9 and 10, even if the mail was found twice, since at some point it was considered invalid, it won't go through. That's unfortunate because then if all providers find the same invalid email, you get charged a lot of credits and still end up with no valid email to use 😞
Yeah. Used up 399 credits for 7 mails 😄 (of course also partially due to all the attempts by trying to understand what was going on). Might skip the whole waterfall thing altogether and import emails via csv from another tool. Thanks for your support!
